Bets PT receives no money from any betting operator. There are no paid blocks on the site.
If that changes
In Portugal: There is no affiliate licence or register. SRIJ licenses operators only. Any partnership would be a commercial contract with a licensed operator.
If that happens:
- every paid block is labelled «PUBLICIDADE» (advertising), at most one per page;
- only for operators with an active SRIJ licence for fixed-odds sports betting;
- with the frame «18+ · Licença SRIJ n.º …» and the warning SRIJ recommends;
- never on comparison, tool, market, news or illegal-gambling pages, nor next to football scores;
- never any casino-game promotion, and nothing that suggests easy winnings, certainty or urgency.
Our responsibility
The owner of the medium where an ad appears is liable for it, together with the advertiser (Advertising Code, Articles 30 and 36). Promoting unlicensed online gambling is a crime (RJO, Article 49). So we will only show ads from licensed operators and check every text before publishing it.
Operators are always listed alphabetically, and no agreement changes that order.
